Our Story
Hmong Minnesota Senior Center has been operating since 2007 and with over 15 years of experience, our center has been one of the longest operating Hmong adult day care center in Minnesota. Providing for the elderly has been one of the greatest joys. We have expanded our service over the years to over 7 counties within the Minnesota Twin Cities.
Our primary goal is to provide a safe and caring environment where seniors can develop social and health management skills that help them become more independent.
